The importance of how you start your morning!

Many people who knows that I am dooing many things has asked me many times how i can stay healthy.

In the morning before you have been dooing or been eating anything is a very good suggestions for your stomach, immunesytem to get some the with, lemon, garlic, ginger and some honey with warm water . In cleance and strengthening your day.

I take a walk or a run in the nature. Have some relaxed time between al my activities and duties.
